This call is where we discuss your vision, details, and collaborate on ideas, so we can research your travel itinerary and create a proposal just for you. We will summarize our discussions in email format so you can share the travel plans with your group.
Designing your Travel Itinerary & Proposal
Our proposals will include the top properties that suit your needs based on our conversation. This includes air, hotels, transfers, tours, and experiences. This focused proposal will help set the overall goals, intention and timeline for your travel.
Curated Luxury Travel Itinerary
Once you have approved the proposal and the planning is completed, your itinerary, and all travel documents will be provided to you by email and on our interactive app.

SERVICE FEES
Initial Consultation: Initial 15-minute consultation offered free of charge.
Curated Luxury Travel: Our service includes two proposals. For more than two revisions, a fee of $150 is applicable to cover our additional planning time.
Large Group and Complex Itineraries: For large group travel (over 4 people) and intricate itineraries, fees range from $250 to $1200 and are quoted in advance. Fees are determined by length of the trip, number of travelers, and total value of booking. In certain cases, this fee may be waived.
Destination Change Fee: If you decide to alter your main destination during the planning process, a fee of $150 will apply.
Change Fee: Once your trip is booked, changes incur a fee of $150.
Cancellation Fee: After your trip is booked, a cancellation fee of $150 applies.
Last Minute Planning Fee: Planning within two weeks of travel incurs a fee of $150.
Luxury Travel Design Consultation Only Fee: For travelers who prefer handling their own bookings, but seek expert guidance with creative concepts, destinations and activities, we offer consultation services at $150 per hour.
